Welcome to ETETA, and ElecTronic Education Platform in Tanzania that supports the delivery of Learning and Training through digital resources. It is your partner in advancing education through Information and Communication Technology (ICT). ElecTronic Education in Tanzania (ETETA) is a non-profit organization committed to empowering educators and learners by integrating cutting-edge ICT tools into the teaching and learning process. Our initiatives encompass the development of educational statistical systems, the creation of educational content in text and video format, the provision of teaching aids, and the facilitation of ICT skills training for both students and teachers.

Our Objectives

  • Promote the use of ICT for teaching and learning in education system in Tanzania.
  • Integrate ICT technology in collection, processing, storage, sending, receiving and use of statistics of education materials for teachers and students.
  • Promote the construction of ICT supporting infrastructure for provision of education to teachers and students.
  • Facilitate the development and use of ICT as a pedagogical tool for teaching and learning, and for the professional development of teachers, administrators and managers.
  • Promote mobilization of resource and encourage partnerships between the various stakeholders in the Education Sector on the use of ICT in education system in Tanzania
  • Promote conduction of research to improve the quality, affordability, and access to ICT and eLearning for supporting students and teacher’s performance.
